Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology. She has worked with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other internal challenges. Ashley is passionate about working with individuals and families to help break patterns of maladaptive behaviors developed from generational cycles and help those to incorporate more positive interactions and skills.

She hopes to help individuals gain insight and clarity and use it to create personal growth and change.

Therapeutic approaches: CBT, Mindfulness, Psycho-Education, Non-Judgement, and Rapport to help get you closer to becoming your best self. My goal is to help you find peace by navigating the difficult relationships in your life including romantic relationships, professional relationships, familial relationships, and friendships. By exploring and organizing your thoughts and feelings and identifying your triggers, you are more empowered in making decisions to contribute to a peaceful existence. It is important to invest in yourself and maintain a healthy mental state. I can provide a safe environment where you will feel welcome and free to express yourself.
